What are some things I should be mindful of when looking into a baking career (like things I should look out for)?

I am a Sophomore in High school and I am looking into a Baking/Cheffing Career and looking for any advice you can give me.

Best advice I can offer is take some classes and see if you can find a chef who can mentor you. You can find a part-time job too so you can get some real- world experience. Go work at a hotel, country club or restaurant that has a pastry chef or an executive chef. Best of luck, follow your passion!!
