Saurabh,
Let your career goals guide your studies. Where do you want to go? Who do you want to be? Your education in post graduate studies should complement your career or current job opportunities. Either selection will serve you well. A degree does not define the person. It provides relative experience like your job experience. Study what complements your career goals and ambitions. Twenty or Thirty years from now it will not make a difference. It is what you make of your current job and how you excel everyday. Use your studies to further your education in your current job to excel for tomorrow. Good luck, I am sure you will succeed.

Hi Saurabh,
Both MCA and MScIT offer various career opportunities post-graduation. It really depends on couple of things -
1. where you will be looking for job opportunities? - My understanding is that there are wide job options post-MCA in India. That said, I'm sure that MScIT doesn't keep you away from good ones . Furthermore, if you are going to look for jobs outside India, ensure you do a thorough research of job options with MCA vs. MScIT
2. if your interest is in software programming, then MCA covers it. However if you are looking to looking for more hardcore computer subjects, MScIT is the way to go.
Weigh in all the options and see what makes most sense in your case. All the best.

Or you can opt for MBA if you are interested in management.

I think MCA is better suited for you for the primary reason that you are already invested in BCA. Alternatively you can pursue MBA. Good luck.

Picking the right Masters program can be a little tricky, more so when choosing between fairly related options. Here are the things you could consider before choosing:
- Research the two programs well- which meets your end career and education goals
- Connect with seniors and peers from your undergrad and seek opinions and figure out what matches your goals
- Think of your plans after Masters and learn which program gets you closer to it
