Hi Jhovanny!
Good question. I am currently a recruiter and some of my strengths are communications, transparency, industry knowledge and adaptability. I would say some of my weaknesses are negotiation and delivering negative feedback.
It is always a great idea to identify your strengths/weaknesses and see what career paths they line up with. My first career was not my passion. I felt like I had many weaknesses that I wasn't able to fix or the skills to succeed were not going to allow me to be passionate about my work. What I did from there was identify my strengths/what I liked about my job and found a career that I was able transfer my current skills and succeed in. (Recruiting)
You may not always identify the right path for you the first time and that is okay but always make sure to learn from every experience.

Jhovanny,
There's a wealth of great tools out there to help you discover your strengths.
1. Check out the CliftonStrengths assessment. It'll give you a list of your top 5 and bottom 5 strengths. I've tried it myself and found out that my top strengths are being Analytical, Inclusive, Disciplined, Focused, and Individualistic. The assessment comes with a book called Strengths Finder that explains each strength in detail.
2. Another useful resource is the book "What Color Is your Parachute?" by Richard Bolles. It doesn't just help you identify your strengths, it also guides you on how best to use your time. It's a thoughtful book that encourages self-reflection.
