Evaluate all the STEM related careers and evaluate what interests you. Are you more inclined towards health? Then you can evaluate a Biology or Chemistry major and then specialize. If you are more technical, then you can start with basic engineering degree and then select your area. The STEM branch is very broad, so maybe pick what area you are more inclined to and start there.

What do you enjoy doing on your free time?
What do you like learning about the most?
What made you interested in STEM?
Are there any areas or school subjects you enjoy today?

Think about things you like to do. Stuff that holds your attention the most. You can also make a list of things that you don't like that'll help narrow done everything for you to see and understand what you do like.
