Becoming a lawyer/attorney in the United States can be a fulfilling career.
In general, to become a lawyer in the US, you need a 4-year degree. You can major in any field that interests you. Next, you have to attend law school and receive a Juris Doctorate ( JD) from an accredited law school. Law school is typically 3 years. Once you have a JD, you can sit for a State Bar Exam. Please note that each state in the US has its own unique requirements to sit for its bar exam. Once you successfully pass a state bar exam and are sworn into that state bar, you can legally practice law in that state.
I would take the time now to take classes that help your analytical skills and communication skills,

Critical thinking and a strong ability to communicate persuasively especially in written form are very important skills to have to help increase your chances of success in law school and as a practitioner. You should consider taking classes that will allow you the opportunity to build those skills, e.g., critical writing, negotiations, and legal theory.
