Hello,
The culinary field can be very exciting! The best way to gain experience and/or general knowledge of any career field is to immerse yourself in the field. Learn all you can about the profession through internships, job shadowing, apprenticeships and solid research of the field. Try to gather all you can regarding educational, experiential and/or professional credentials/ requirements needed for the career. Also, utilize staff at your school/college for advisement and guidance of possible career fields.
Best wishes in your future endeavors!
