If you know what college(s) you're interested in attending, I would start with their school website. I'd also recommend talking to your parent(s)/guardian(s) to see if the company/organization they work for offers scholarship opportunities for their dependents.

BigFuture Scholarship Search is great place to start exploring scholarships! You can enter your information to find matches from over 6,000 programs, totaling over $4 billion scholarship dollars yearly.
If you are in the class of 2023, you can also earn entries in monthly drawings for $500 and $40,000 BigFuture scholarships by completing steps to plan for college. Every month, BigFuture selects two $40,000 winners and hundreds of $500 winners who complete one or more steps!
