Look for an office manager contact or human resources supervisor on the website. As a side note, if a company is not making it clear where, how, and what to submit documents you need for the hiring process, they may not be the best fit. Make sure to assess whether or not the company is lacking in organizational skills or other important components to running a successful business. Good luck to you!

If you don’t already know someone within the company that could help guide your resume to the hiring manager you can address your cover letter to their head of Human Resources (HR).

Hi Thaddeus,
Usually, you will drop your resume and your letter to the company website. Many companies have two levels: internal and external offers. If you are already working for the company, use the internal offer website. Else, use the external.
