Nice to meet you. My name is Danielle Rawles and I am 22 years old. I am a recent graduate from UCLA who majored in Geography. I am currently employed as an ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) Program Analyst at a commercial real estate investment company. My duties include supporting the company's ESG program as a whole, especially regarding quarterly reporting from properties. I am responsible for analyzing the company's charitable donations, volunteer hours, waste generated/recycled, water & electricity use/cost, environmental certifications and more in order to ensure ESG goals are being met and inform the development of new goals. For anyone looking to get into ESG, Social Responsibility or Corporate Sustainability, I would encourage you to research ESG policies and procedures and how companies can have a positive impact on people & the planet. I would also encourage you to get experience in data collection & analysis as well as platforms to visualize data.

Duties: Parole Agent (Retired)
A parole agent is a member of Law Enforcement but also is a Social Worker. The job is to help transition convicted felons into society. While it is important to enforce the laws as a parole agent you also help the parolee find work, mental services, housing, education, drug treatment etc.

Education: I have an AA in Advertising and a BS in Criminology with a minor in Penology.

Advice: It is important to learn how to write. Learn to read people treat everyone equally. You will get to know the parolee’s family, you will see and know your client more than the police. Learn the local area and all the resources available in the community
