Hi kendra
Merry Christmas to all. Endocrinology is one of the medical sciences which needs a very comprehensive way of thinking. That is why any one who plans to study and then works as an endocrinologist should prepare him/ herself to study physiology throughly to be able to integrate his knowledge in physiology in his/ her practice as an endocrinologist. It is not difficult but it is like mathematical equation. You need to know all the data about the patient including clinical findings and very importantly laboratory tests to reach to a correct diagnosis and the be able to treat the patient. I personally consider Endocrinology an amazing career. Good Luck.

Devote quality time to your patient, clarifying their health concerns in depth. Be attentive to their follow-up questions. Given the intricate and interrelated nature of endocrinology, it's crucial to build strong connections with fellow physicians. This is because the treatment approach will require a collaborative effort from the entire medical team.
