Should I join Clubs?
Should I join any clubs that aren't related to medicine, science, or math in high school? If yes, what are some excellent suggestions and why?

You do what you enjoy, your career is not your life hun. Make sure you are taking breaks from things related to your field to avoid burnout.
I appreciate this, thank you for the advice.

Your high school guidance counselor can help you what clubs are best for you based on your interest.
You need to focus on scoring high GPA, take as many AP courses you can take and score them well. Score high on SAT to get scholarships.
Clubs you should consider that serves your interest and the career you want to pursue.
Otherwise you will only be disappointed and discouraged to do anything in life for joining many clubs for the sake of joining and not doing anything useful.
Do not have a herd mentality to follow someone just because they are doing it.

Kyra,
I would join at least one club or organization that is totally unrelated to your field of study. Preferably something that is just total fun, to decompress from all the stress of academia. Don't burn yourself out before you even get to college!
Yearbook, Student Newspaper, Drama, Sports, something charitable - car wash fundraisers and toy drives.
Why? Because you need to learn to take care of your mental health at an early age. Or, because you want to be able to learn teamwork skills. Also, some colleges look for well-rounded people. That person who can carry on a conversation with any stranger they happen to meet.
Life's a journey - have some fun along the way!

You're welcome! Please learn the importance of diet and exercise as they relate to brain health - protein, cardio, etc. It's a long road ahead, and you need to be at peak condition. But remember, mental health comes first. Has to!
