Would greatly appreciate an/all advice that you can share with me, regarding which course to choose.

There are a variety of options for someone who has completed a BBA and is considering further education. The best course of action will depend on your individual goals and interests. Some popular options include:
1. MBA: A Master of Business Administration is a graduate-level program that can provide a broad understanding of business and management. It can be a good choice for those interested in pursuing a career in business leadership or management.
2. MiM (Master in Management): This is a postgraduate program that focuses on providing students with a general management education. It can be a good choice for students who want to gain a broad understanding of management concepts and practices.
3. MSc (Master of Science): This is a postgraduate degree program that is usually offered in a specific field of science such as finance, economics, or IT. It is a good choice for students who want to gain a deeper understanding of a specific field of study.
4. MRes (Master of Research): This is a postgraduate degree program that is focused on research. It can be a good choice for students who are interested in pursuing research-based careers in academia or industry.
Ultimately, the best course of action will depend on your individual goals and interests. It is always a good idea to research different programs and speak with professionals in the field to determine which program aligns best with your career aspirations.

That is a great question.
MBA is for a professional degree in business admin.
Masters degree is for specializing in a specific field.
Here is an older article (2018) that explains this well: https://www.accessmasterstour.com/articles/view/a-masters-degree-an-mba-or-both
Personally, for me, after already working 20+ years in the same field, achieving a Masters degree didn't sound too exciting.
However, good luck on whichever career you choose and if you have the time, do both Masters and MBA.

In addition to John's breakdown of degrees, I recommend looking at general acceptance of the degree. For instance, a lot of jobs in management look for an MBA. I've never seen a job looking specifically for a MiM. Some degrees tend to give you more bang for the buck. So once you figure out your desired end-goal, then look into which degree best helps you reach that goal, but also provide some flexibility for future decisions.

This depends on where you want to go and what you want be be in 5, 10, 15 years. What's your career plan? where do you want to be in 10 years? What's the type of job you want to do? What's the company profile where you see yourself growing in? What are your strengths? What are you passionate about?

John provided a great summary above. I completed my undergrad in Economics and worked for 6 years before going back to get my MBA. A lot of MBA programs like to see work experience in their applicants and I can say having that work experience before going into the program really helped me gain more from the program. It all truly depends on your individual goals and interest, but having work experience before getting an MBA is definitely something I would do again if I could go back and repeat my educational journey.
