Hi Tamara It is a very good thing that you have done your graduation in agronomy. If you can become a good plant pathologist Then you have to do M.Sc in Plant Pathology, Only then you can do your job well

Hello Tamara
Over the years I have come to understand that anyone with passion will always get hired, and qualifications with passion seen in someone will definitely get one a better chance with a better pay.
Having your first degree in Agronomy is great, which means you have a good understanding of what plants and diseases associated with plants are.
And to being a plant Pathologist all you need is a further study that will have you specialized in the area, with a more greater knowledge of how to identify, isolate and get ride of diseases that can harm plants without destroying them.
A masters study in Biology and area of Plant pathology will help and give a direct approach, Microbiology is good but more of a general thing so might not give you the direct approach and you keep learning from others as well, Lino up with successful plant pathologists in your area, on LinkedIn and read articles online, the more you dig the more connected and informed you get.

Wishing you a successful career ahead.
