You may want to consider a career in public relations in the arts and culture space. Good writing and knowledge of art history and contemporary trends are good foundations for this field.

So this is actually interesting. You could do technical writing and/or content creation (blog/ghost writing) or Educational technology/curriculum building if your your interest in English/writing also corresponds with a desire to spread learning. The digital world nowadays often requires that you handle some editing if you ghost write or do technical writing so the company doesn't have to also hire a media specialist to add nice pictures and art to your articles once you're done writing. I actually do a lot of this and my sister got her degree in English. We help each other a lot since I'm somewhat lacking in the English Literature side sometimes and she isn't as familiar with the digital art side of things. We've learned a lot from each other.
You can also look into being a curator for large libraries who handle artwork. I had a friend who did this. She had to write lots of proposals and awesome blogs posts/summaries whenever she acquired or used artwork for shows at the library she worked at.

Hi Nora! If your looking for a career in English and or art, how about looking into a writer in Graphic novels, this will allow you to express creativity through writing and different art techniques. There are also many opportunities for careers in entertainment such as artists for animated shows or movies, as well as story board writers. For many of these careers you need to go in a creative writing or literature course for post-secondary, as well courses in the arts.
