Hi Lilian,
Thanks for the question. If you are interested in construction industry estimating, I recommend a degree in construction management. It will expose to all aspects of a construction project and will allow you gain an overall knowledge.

Hi,
I would consider majoring in accounting or finance. This will allow you to not only be an estimator in construction but you can venture out in out fields if you chose to. This will take 4-5 years. Good luck !!!

Thank you!! Do you have any college suggestions, that would be good to major in accounting or finance? If I completed my AA degree in high school, would this help me when I go to college and major in accounting or finance?
