Hi Amanda,
Depending on what grade you are currently in, I know that the National Merit Scholarship Program can give out good scholarships for those with high PSAT scores. You can research it more here:
https://www.nationalmerit.org/s/1758/interior.aspx?sid=1758&gid=2&pgid=424
If you are past that grade, continue to work hard in school. Diversity yourself with extracurriculars and continue to work hard for good grades. Doing so will definitely get you noticed.

Amanda,
Wonderful question! There are many options to receiving scholarships for college and it is great that you have your eyes set on College. Try talking to your guidance counselor about your goals for college and potential ways to get there. He/She will have insight into potential.
Also, do you know where you would like to go to school? Narrow down that list because that will enable you to contact those schools specifically and find out opportunities on a school by school basis. Call the admissions office and search online!
Lastly, checkout websites like "http://www.collegescholarships.org/financial-aid/" for a variety of scholarship opportunities.
