"I want to earn money..." It makes the world go around and there are a million ways to do so
"...improve my personality..." Who said it needs improving?
"...but I don't have any specific skill, interests or strengths." - I challenge that notion. If you really sat down and thought about it, you could easily identify 3-5."
"...And degree is in hospitality but no knowledge." - Start as entry-level at a hotel and find a mentor there. Get to know the business and you will find your answers.

Dear Monika,
It’s great that you’re considering various fields. Let’s explore each one:
Artificial Intelligence (AI): AI is a rapidly growing field with a wide range of career opportunities. Jobs in AI include Software Engineer, User Experience Designer, Researcher, AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, and many more. To get started in AI, you would typically need a strong foundation in mathematics and programming. There are many online courses and resources available to help you learn these skills.
Digital Marketing: This field involves promoting products or services using digital technologies, mainly on the Internet. Careers in digital marketing include roles such as Digital Marketing Intern, Social Media Specialist, Sales and Marketing Manager, and many others. Skills needed in this field include SEO (Search Engine Optimization), content creation, social media management, and understanding of marketing strategies.
Graphic Designing: Graphic designers create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. They develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, etc. To improve your graphic design skills, you can start by learning to use design software like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. There are numerous online tutorials and courses that can help you with this.
Hospitality: Since you mentioned that your degree is in hospitality but you don’t have much knowledge about it, it might be beneficial to explore this field as well. Careers in hospitality are diverse and include roles like Hotel Receptionist, Tour Guide, Event Planner, Restaurant Manager, etc.
In terms of improving your personality and developing skills when you’re unsure of your interests or strengths, here are some general tips:
Self-Reflection: Spend some time thinking about what you enjoy doing in your free time.
Try New Things: Join clubs or try out new hobbies. This could help you discover new interests.
Develop Soft Skills: Skills like communication, problem-solving, and leadership are valuable in any career.
Networking: Meet new people in different fields. This could give you a better idea of what working in those fields is like.
Remember that it’s okay not to have everything figured out right now. Exploring different fields and gaining experiences is often a part of the career journey. Good luck! 😊

Hi, Monica,
You ask about an interesting variety of careers. First, however, let me state there is nothing wrong with your personality. I say that, even without knowing you, because our personalities are part of what defines us. You may be aggressive or shy or whatever, but that is just a predisposition to interaction that we all develop and modify through life. Please have confidence in yourself. That is job one. I learned years ago that what others say always (yes, always) relates more to them than to you. Now, on those career items, AI and digital marketing are fascinating careers that rely on training and skills and interest in how people react in our world, whereas graphic design is a more artistic pursuit. Which are you? If you are primarily interested on business and people, you may prefer digital marketing. If you're more interested in the technology itself, then AI may be more appealing. I offer these concepts for your consideration, as I am aware of these professions, but I am not in any of them. I wish you the best.
