Is it easy to transform animals into cartoons?

When you put animals in cartoon you make their animations look so easy. I don't think it seems that hard to do. #animation #3d-animation

Corey’s Answer

For me it is hard to do cartoon work. I think in details. Cartoonists master details, this lets them create simplistic portrayals of what it is they draw. Some cannot draw details, but the majority can. At least, from what I've seen. You can skip the fine arts and just go for the cartoon look. I would say if you want to master the cartoon look then practice drawing cubes and other three dimensional shapes in perspective. Draw those simple things over and over and over. Then when you see an animal, you will draw it in the exact simple shapes you practiced in. The only difference is your boxes and ellipses will portray a recognizable animal and in perspective. You will be awesome. Take care.

Kid’s Answer

Yes and no. A lot of it depends on how the artist is trained in art and how the artist looks at life. That being said all art classes are helpful especially if you're taught basic shapes, muscle and bone structure as well as light and shadow.

Good luck.
