You could technically shorten the undergrad by 2 years with transfer credits, cleps, sophias, etc. After that, the shortest a PhD or PsyD is going to be is probably about 4 years and then you'd need an additional year of supervised experience in most states. So to be a clinical psychologist: 7 years minimum
You could also go the masters degree route and become a clinical counselor (or LPC/LPCC). The requirements vary by state but usually this will take about 5-6 years, everything included.
If you're doing a traditional 4 year undergrad then add on 2 years to each estimate.

Four years to complete the undergrad degree PLUS 5-to-6 years to complete the doctorate. One must then pass the licensing examination.
