Hi Summer,
I completely agree with Sarah. There are a ton of things you can do. In addition to becoming a preschool/elementary teacher, you can also work in the administrative side (becoming a principal for example). Being a private tutor is also a great way to use your degree and make good money. Depending on your major, you can become a speech therapist, a physical therapist, a special education teacher, and many other careers.
Teaching and working with kids is incredibly rewarding and fun!

It depends on the type of degree. Are you planning on getting an Associate or a Bachelor's? With an Associate Degree, you could work in a Day Care/ Preschool. With a Bachelor's and a teaching license, you can work in an Elementary School. Another option would be to work as a Director of a Child Care Center, or even own your own business.
