Work with a guidance counselor to balance out your schedule. I knew too many people who took all of their fun classes early and had really hard semesters towards the end.
Mix the more demanding classes with some fun ones so you don’t overload yourself. Find study groups to make that aspect easier and if you find you need extra help, there are countless resources available on every campus.
I went to college in San Francisco and would go over to ocean beach weekly to watch the sunset and relax. Find something that calms you and lean into it when needed.

Thank you for your question. You should enjoy the days in the college. You can take this opportunities to learn the knowledge and critical thing skills and also opportunities to establish network with your school mates.
Firstly, I would suggest you can identify a time management tool, e.g. your phone calendar, MS Outlook, etc.
Please find my suggestions below :
1. Put down the time you need to attend classes
2. Assign some time every day for your revision, assignment, projects, etc.
3. Make sure you have sufficient time for rest. Have some time for doing exercise everyday.
4. You can then assign some time for your leisure, meeting with friends, family, etc.
You do not needs to fill up your schedule everyday. You can some 'Me' time to relax and reflection.
