Hi there! When choosing the career that's going to be right for you, you need to discover a career that ignites your passion! Reflect on the type of work that truly captivates and engages you. Embrace your strengths, and let them guide your career path. Seek a career that aligns with your unique personality, allowing you to thrive and feel fulfilled. Be aware of your deal-breakers and prioritize the aspects that matter most to you, such as traveling opportunities or schedule flexibility. I think this is a very difficulty question. Sometimes, I wonder if I picked the correct field. The short answer is you don't know. You can go to the career center and I believe there is a questionnaire that you can fill out and they can give you ideas of what jobs best fit you.
I think life is a process and it's ok to change career choices. People do it all the time. You learn from one job and take that knowledge into another job. There's nothing wrong with that. I think try to pick a job that you are passionate about. Diane Sawyer's father told her to pick a job that even if they did not pay you, you would still do. That's the perfect job because the pay is just icing on the cake.

It can be helpful to take career assessment tests, seek advice from career counselors, network with professionals in various fields, gain relevant experience through internships or volunteering, and research different industries to make an informed decision. By the way, have you considered taking an iq test free to further understand your abilities and strengths?

Hello! My best advice is to be fluid, ask a lot of questions, and be open-minded. Most professionals are more than happy to answer questions about their professions and themselves. Ask them about other jobs in their field that most people don’t learn about until later on. You’ll be surprised at the number of jobs most people don’t know about! Also, don’t be afraid to change plans when you realize you’re on a path that isn’t going to benefit you in the long run. You are going to change your mind 100 times, and that’s completely normal! Also, if you can just go through a certification program or apprenticeship, college is a bit overrated (for context, I have my bachelors and am considering my masters or PhD due to wanting to advance in the biology field). The best advice I ever got was to never say “no” to a good opportunity. Follow your passions, follow gut, and you’ll be good!
