Here are some things you can do to make your mind and body healthier:
Exercise regularly. Exercise is one of the best things you can do for your overall health. It helps to improve your cardiovascular health, strengthen your muscles and bones, and reduce your risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and some types of cancer. Exercise can also help to improve your mood, reduce stress, and improve your sleep.
Eat a healthy diet. What you eat has a big impact on your physical and mental health. A healthy diet includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein. It's also important to limit your intake of processed foods, sugary drinks, and unhealthy fats.
Get enough sleep. Sleep is essential for both physical and mental health. When you don't get enough sleep, you're more likely to experience fatigue, irritability, difficulty concentrating, and mood swings. You're also more likely to gain weight, have a weakened immune system, and be at risk for accidents.
Manage stress. Stress is a normal part of life, but it can take a toll on your physical and mental health. If you're feeling stressed, there are things you can do to manage it, such as exercise, relaxation techniques, and spending time with loved ones.
Connect with others. Social support is important for both physical and mental health. Having strong relationships with family and friends can help you to cope with stress, feel happier, and live longer.
Get regular medical checkups. It's important to see your doctor for regular checkups, even if you're feeling healthy. This is especially important as you get older. During your checkup, your doctor can screen you for health problems and catch them early, when they're most treatable.
Avoid harmful habits. Harmful habits, such as smoking, drinking too much alcohol, and using drugs, can have a negative impact on your physical and mental health. If you have any of these habits, it's important to get help to quit.
Learn new things. Learning new things can help to keep your mind active and engaged. It can also help to reduce stress and improve your mood. There are many ways to learn new things, such as taking classes, reading books, or watching educational videos.
Volunteer your time. Volunteering is a great way to give back to your community and make a difference in the lives of others. It can also help you to connect with others, learn new skills, and feel good about yourself.
Spend time in nature. Spending time in nature has been shown to have a number of benefits for both physical and mental health. It can help to reduce stress, improve your mood, and boost your creativity.
Take care of your mental health. Just like your physical health, your mental health is important. If you're struggling with mental health problems, such as anxiety, depression, or stress, it's important to seek help. There are many resources available to help you, such as therapy, medication, and support groups.
Making healthy choices now will help you to live a longer, healthier, and happier life.

Hi Sebastian,
I see that other mentors have shared many good advice and tips. One thing I would add is to keep a healthy distance from social media and make an effort every day to spend much more time and energy connecting with other people in person than virtually. With few exceptions, I personally have found interacting with others, including meeting and getting to know new people, beneficial for my mind and body.
Good luck on whatever you decide to do in the future!

I recommend taking time to get to know yourself. Often times we get caught up in trying to accomplish everything on our plate and forget why we're doing it in the first place. Remember your goals you set for yourself. Take opportunities to learn to do things to see if you enjoy them or if you're good at them. There's plenty of things that we can be good at but don't enjoy doing or the other way around. We might not all be artists, but we can enjoy making art.
A list of questions I've given to clients who are struggling with a sense of purpose include things like "Why do I watch the kinds of things I watch? Why do I read or do the things that I do? Why do I admire who I admire?" etc. They're intended to help us really dig deep and find ways to live a life worth living, not just checking off chores/assignments.
Hope this was helpful.

Sebastien, you have been given some excellent suggestions already. I wonder if it's overwhelming to get so much of a to do suggestion list. So, pick out a few actions steps. I encourage you to choose things that resonate with you and enjoy it. Setting goals is important, following through is important, taking a break is important. Oh, and remember to breathe and drink water. Take at least 5 deep breaths 3 times a day and drink lots of H2O! O +H20!
