I would also take a hard look at the position description bullet points and rate each one, for example 1 - would love to do this task, 2 - would be ok with doing this task, 3 - would not enjoy this task. If most align to 1s and 2s, I would say it is worth submitting your resume to learn more. Curiosity goes a long way. Good luck!
