Hey Christian, I may not be an electrical engineer, but every company, big or small, should have core values that make employees want to work there:
Value trust and respect among coworkers: A successful work environment depends on treating others the way you want to be treated, making it positive and enjoyable for everyone.
Prioritize health for you and your family: It's important for companies to care about both physical and mental well-being. I appreciate that my company does this, making work more enjoyable and reducing stress when I'm off.
Be proud of your work: It's crucial to take pride in what you do. If you don't, you waste your own time, your coworkers' time, and your clients' resources on subpar efforts. This is especially true in electrical engineering.
