what should I major in for pre-med?
Everbody tells me that it doesn't matter what I major in to get into medical school but which one will get me most prepared? #medschool

Take a look at what medical schools are asking you to complete. Oftentimes, it is a mix of life/physical sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, etc.) which usually points pre-med students to be science majors since that is a natural overlap. However, I did have friends in college who majored in non-science degrees (Economics and Engineering are two examples) and still pursued medical school. Think about what you're interested in and how that overlaps with pre-med course work and go from there.
