Hi Reza - In your interviews, you will want to come across as confident, professional, informed, prepared, and charming. Be sure to do your research on the company ahead of time. Most of the time, you can search for interview questions that are asked. Have your answers prepared but the key is to not seem like you are reading a script. Be sure to relate the line of questioning with real life experiences. Keep good eye contact the entire time. When shaking someone's hand, be firm but don't crush the other person's hand.
Be sure to ask questions during the interview. I can tell you from experience that when I interview a candidate, if they do not have any questions, then I do not view them as a serious candidate. Turn the tables on your interviewer and interview them: "What impact would you expect an ideal candidate to make after 6 months, 1 year, 5 years of employment? I am a person who strives to continue growing and learning. What opportunities for learning does your company offer? Can you tell me a bit about this company's culture?" These are just a couple of questions that you can ask during an interview that will help you come across as "interested in long term employment". That is the key. Employers want to hire someone that they view as a long-term member of their company, and someone wants to grow and advance.

The most important thing to succeeding in a job interview is being prepared. This includes doing company research for the company you are interviewing, understand the role/position in which you are applying to including the responsibilities that come along with the role/position, familiarize yourself with the industry in which the company is in by keeping up to date with the industry trends and news. If you know that the position will have assessment on some technical knowledge, be prepared for the technical part as well in addition to behavioral component of the interview. However, it is also worth knowing that sometimes, interviewers focus more on the personality/traits of the interviewees. In other words, they are looking for the type of person who they want to work with despite his/her technical skills as those skills are trainable. Therefore, just be authentic and keep a positive attitude throughout the interview process.

Look back on real life experiences that relate to the position you're interviewing for and brag on yourself. Be sure to compile questions you have related to the position - this way, it shows that you really did your due diligence on the role and are extremely interested in the detail of the role.
Circling back to being yourself! Don't forgot to be your authentic self. Interviews can be nerve-wracking but remember, you're a person not a robot. I would encourage you to do research on the company. That will enable you to be knowledgeable about the company when the interviewer ask you questions. Also, by knowing information on the company it will let you ask strategic questions to whoever is interviewing you. I know its difficult but do your best to stay cool and think about the answers you give before blurting out something. Always have copies of your resume with you and ensure you dress professional for your interview. Even if the company has a pretty chill dress code dressing professional will make you stand out from the competition.
From someone who has interviewed hundreds of people at multiple companies (used to be in HR) I can't tell you how much the above items stood out. Individuals just being knowledgeable about our company displayed that the person being interviewed did their homework and really wanted this position. Also, don't be afraid to ask questions at the end. This always showed me that the person had interest in helping our company grow.
