If you are struggling to receive scholarships and you are low on money should you attend college?
I am Dedreonna and I am asking this question because my fear is not getting scholarships or many scholarships and being in a bad debt. Should I attend if I am unsure of money situations #money #finance #struggle

This is a great question. A lot of states including Indiana have programs that students can qualify for which the state will actually pay the students tuition so that they can have the opportunity to go to college. The best part about these programs are that they are not based on how good your grades are or only given to a certain amount of students. It is meant to give students who can't afford college on their own or through their parents, the opportunity to still be able to go. I would look into the 21st Century Scholarship. I have put a link below for you that will take you to the website.

I think you should go to college if you can make it work through a variety of scholarships and loans. You can start by going to a community college in your state which has a lower cost associated with it for the first two years and then transfer to a 4 yr university after 2 years for your final 2 years. Use your guidance counselor at your school as a resource and be persistent in your pursuit of going to college. Use the online internet resources that give a great deal of information about scholarships and loans.
Good luck. Be persistent with finding help through your schools counselors. They are a great resource but you need to seek them out.
