This is a tough question to answer! Probably Alabama, but some would say FSU. The truth is, that even though FSU is undefeated, and Alabama has lost, the SEC is significantly harder to play in than the ACC. Thankfully, the NCAA Football playoff starts this year, so we will find out!

Definitely a tough question and I would encourage you to consider schools based on other qualities as well (size, quality of academic programs, distance from home, cost, scholarship availability, etc). However, in terms of football here is what bleacher report had to say about the best football programs for the next 10 years. Top 5: Alabama, FSU, Auburn, University of Oklahoma, & Ohio State.

I completely agree with the answers above. If you want to play college football you'll have to start by visiting your top 5-10 schools to see if you like the campus, coaches, city, etc. Remember that while football may be very important to you, your education should be equally as important.
I highly recommend looking into University of Oregon, not just because I went there and had the greatest experience, but because the campus is beautiful, the people are great, and of course - the football team is (without a doubt) the most innovative, dynamic, and competitive of them all. The Ducks have been consistently ranked in the top 5 the past several years, and they are consistently in the top 25 as far as recruiting the best talent out of high school.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions (and GO DUCKS!) :)
Good luck!!
