There are so many careers in healthcare! The ones that require the most training and knowledge but also allow you to interact directly with other people are:
Medical Doctor (MD)
Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
Physician Assistant (PA)
Nurse Practioner (NP)
Registered Nurse (RN) (that's my career and I LOVE it!)
Physical Therapist (PT)
Chiropracter

In addition to the great answers above, Athletic Training/Sports Medicine is great medical field to go into if you're looking for human interaction, problem solving, and utilizing medical knowledge. As an athletic trainer, you will be the point of care for as little as 1 patient to upwards of 100+ patients (athletes) at any given time. Problem solving is one of the main aspects of being an AT, from evaluating and diagnosing an injury, putting together a rehab program for an athlete, determining ways an athlete may still be able to participate in their sport even if they are limited due to injury, or consulting research to find the best course of action to care for an athlete who's condition may be a bit of a mystery or you haven't found success with. It's a very rewarding career where you can learn new things daily, make an impact on your patients, and work in a fast paced and fun environment.
