Hey there! There will always be times where you feel overwhelmed with the responsibility of school, work, and being an athlete. I wrestle in college and have learned that balancing my school work with my wrestling career is a tough thing to manage. It will be note worthy that you should make time for the important things you wish to stride towards, like getting a 90 on a test or working on your footwork for a game. Make goals to measure your success whether it’s something you’ll achieve in a week or a year. Always try your best to be your best self!

Organize your schedule wisely. Divide your day into manageable chunks of either 1 hour or 30 minutes, and strategize your activities for the day or week within these time frames. It's more challenging to squander time when you have a structured plan to follow. Prioritize the non-negotiable tasks first, such as attending classes, training sessions, or matches. Utilize the remaining time based on your needs for the day or week. Perhaps you have an upcoming test that requires additional study time, or you might need extra gym or recovery time. By planning ahead, you can ensure that every minute of your day is spent productively.
