What Type of Knowledge do I need in order to get a career in real estate?

What type of knowledge do I need in order to get a career in real estate? I know that I need information on business and taxes however, I do not know where to go to learn that information. I am interested in anything that is business relate.

Here are some of the key concepts to master:
1. Real estate principles and practices: Find out knowledge on how real estate is managed, financing, marketing, and contracts.
2. Licensing and education: Research on what type of license is needed for a real estate owner. Work of the pre- license courses and the educational attainment of the course and earn the certification.
3. Market research and analysis; Find out on the market type, the target customers, location, to best suite a real estate.
4. Finance and investment; This knowledge is very vital as it will enable smooth real estate running.
5. Property management; Learn on skills in landlord -tenant laws, leasing laws, and marketing.
6. Networking and marketing; Have knowledge on how to market real estate either word of mouth, social media, business cards, among others.
Finally, to gain knowledge in real estate, consider real estate programs by finding schools that best offer the programs and enrollment, join real estate proffesional association and organization, read articles related to real estate from books, online, and blogs, participate in mentorship and internships.

If you have the ability to pursue internships or different jobs that will help a lot. I was able to work as an intern and an employee in various companies. Doing so gave me different perspectives based on who I was working with.
