Seek employment in:
- A company that values mentorship and professional growth, even if it requires hard work on your part.
- A well-established business with proven success, defined processes, and high standards. While small businesses and start-ups can be exciting, they might not provide the structure you need when starting your career.
- A job that either offers convenience (consider the commute!) or one that strategically positions you for future career opportunities. Choose a role that could potentially pave the way for your next desired job.
- A workplace where you can envision forming friendships and having mutual respect with your colleagues. It's crucial to feel appreciated and enjoy your time at work.

First of all, I think you may think about your interests and career plans, and look for an internship based on your goals and ideas. An internship will help you better understand what kind of job you want and give you more experience.
You can learn about different careers and their salaries or check out the work environment. A good job requires a nice and safe working environment. A good company will help you learn a lot from it while challenging yourself.

It all comes down to what you like to do. What makes you happy? Who will pay you to do that job?
You have to ask yourself questions and learn about yourself. That will point you in the direction you need to go.
Look for support, look for mentors, ask questions, and learn what makes you happy.

Hello
Please Consider getting in the " Trades " !!!
The Construction Trades is where it is at, as they will train you & you get paid from jump street, while learning.
As you advance you get paid more, like for instances why Not try an apprenticeship program - like I did. I started when I was 18 yrs old right after high school & at 23 yrs old I finished my 5yr apprenticeship program, graduated while getting paid the whole time.
You have all these trades & apprenticeships programs to choose from :
Plumbing
Pipefitting
Steamfitting
Sprinklerfitting
Sheetmetal
- HVAC
- Mechanical
Elevator Operator
Carpenter
General Labor Construction
Mason
Glazier
Insulation Specialist
HAZ-MAT Worker
Roofer
Equipment Operator
- Crane Operator
ETC.
Look up different UNIONS per the mentionings above locally to you, or consider out-of-state
Training Programs & Technical Institutions
Call a company up with the desired trade interest & pursue thru a local or different state Company well vested in the Trade of interest
