After doing some research, there are many veterinary abroad programs. The University if Vienna states that its programs are tuition free while you attend and their program is 6 years. Some state that after you graduate, you may start paying then but you won't be stipulated to pay while attending. So you may be able to attend school and work, save your money and prepare to repay later on and/or do internships while you're in school to establish relationships with a company. You can probably internship a couple days a week or during school breaks. Here is a website with a list of abroad programs

This website explains that the University of Veterinary Medicine in Vienna has tuition fees of $430 USD. So this program is relatively affordable: https://www.unipage.net/en/4845/university_of_veterinary_medicine_vienna

Hi!
I would say talk to your current school to discuss options. You could also turn to google to find abroad schools that fit your needs. Talking to a study abroad/international studies office at your school and looking on google could also help you find scholarships to make your experience low cost.
Best of luck and have fun!
