Andhi’s Answer

There's no specific age of making money. Some make it earlier than others do. Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook might be an example of people who made it early.
The speed at which someone can start making money can vary based on a range of factors. It depends on individual circumstances, such as skill set, experience, and opportunities available. Some individuals may find quick opportunities through part-time jobs or freelance work, while others may take more time to build a career or start a business. It's important to define your goals, explore various avenues, and remain proactive and persistent. Remember, success often takes time and effort, but with dedication and the right opportunities, you can start earning money sooner than you may think.

Niha’s Answer

Technically, you can make money as young as you want. Children make lemonade stands every summer from a pretty young age, and many grow from there to making other products, etc. If you are talking about salaried, reliable work, then that varies from state to state. Many states have child labor laws that prohibit certain ages from working legally, so I would look into what age that is for your city and state.

There are however, other ways to make money:

1) Sell a product. If you like making string friendship bracelets, or making framed artwork, etc, look into building an Etsy store online.
2) If your guardians/parents are okay with it, set up a chore schedule that rewards you for each chore you complete.
3) Sell items you no longer use. Instead of trashing furniture or clothing, look into selling it online or at second hand shops.
4) Research how to safely purchase and sell stocks.

If you are under 18, all of these options are with your guardian's permission.
