What are some things to start doing during summer in order to prepare for the upcoming school year? How do stay motivated and consistent throughout the school year? How do I make a comfortable environment for myself?
Currently homeschooled. I'm am ways losing interest in my classes, and end up completing them just to get it done and out of the way.

Hi Bleu,
Thanks for posting your questions! I am happy to assist you! You can always volunteer in your local community, apply for many retail stores or restaurants to get experience, apply for many internships related to your major, and take summer classes. To stay motivated throughout the school year, you can create a vision board, make positive affirmations, and exercise. You can study at your local library, work at a cafe, or study in your office/bedroom. I hope these helpful tips will help you succeed in your fall semester! Good luck!

In a world where distractions are constant, many students lose focus and interest because they lack peace, tranquility as well as the feeling of motivation. Even when home schooled, the daily activities working around a student or professional even, makes it more of a fight to stay focused than a wanting to remain focused. There’s an old saying “Music calms a savage beast” which has some truth to it. But when in study there is music available, designed to help one focus, study, & retain information. Meditation music, binaural beats, frequency sounds and the like, is a practice that helps so many wandering minds remain focused and helps them retain information as well, relieving anxiety and restlessness. Change the music frequency and you change the whole study scenario. That’s what many professionals do on projects they are obligated to complete. I like the designed formats because local music make me only want to dance.
I am really grateful you took the time to answer this question.
