You want to have professional and high-quality videos of yourself playing and doing specific skills that are necessary to be a QB. Make sure to edit the video and have clips of you playing in actual games. If you think your strongest quality at QB is your arm, then show you can throw into a hula hoop from 35 yards on the run with accuracy. If you think your strongest quality is you running ability, then show you can run the ladder while gripping and changing positions of the ball. Show that you are well rounded and don't forget to have two or three of these videos (that are edited) to send off to the colleges you want to play at. Know that many will be overlooked, and some won't even be looked at, but I'm sure in this day and age you can find somewhere to play. The video shouldn't be too long or too short but just enough time to highlight your talents on the field and some of your greatest moments while playing organized for a team. Know that it is not long before someone will contact you, especially if you have sent an email introducing yourself to the athletic coordinators and coaches. Know that community college development works for many people and always believe that you have the editing skills. Don't forget to add some type of trick you do with the football to get their attention, and you should have no problem finding your next school, and football team.
Take videos and clips of you and your football skills
Obtain tape from real life games
Put a video together
Send an email and attachment to coordinators/coaches

Great answers here. Let me add my little part. I'm from Katy and attend the Katy High games every week. Many of the young men in your shoes do the following to get recognized by colleges:
* Create a Twitter/X account
* Create an account on hudl.com to post videos of their game highlights
* Weekly they post their highlights from the week via Twitter/X with a link to hudl.com
* Follow teammates; re-post their highlights and have them repost yours
Ask your friends who are doing this; get some advice from coaches and see if they can help you expand your reach on X. Work hard in practice and games as college coaches will talk to your current coaches not only about your skills as a QB but your attitude as well. A bad attitude is something most colleges don't want to take on. Have fun!

I would put together and send out a Sports Resume and a Cover Letter.
They are very much like a job resume and cover letter except you will be highlighting and emphasizing your sports abilities, skills, awards, academics, activities, sports camps, and other important elements related to athletics.
There are many examples of Sports Resume's and Cover Letters on the internet.
When you complete your resume and cover letter, locate the college and address of the coach, where you wish to attend, and send them directly to the coach. They receive literally thousands of emails each day, and sending a postal letter will help it to land right on their desk.
I have used this technique many times over the years, with student athletes, and with great success.
