Keyston’s Answer

I have several friends and acquaintances in my life that are nurses. I've learned that being a nurse assistant requires a mix of practical skills and personal qualities. You should have a good grasp of medical tools and equipment, and maybe some basic software skills for record-keeping. Understanding the demands of different working conditions and schedules is crucial, and being adaptable to challenges is key. Remember, just like in my role, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are traits that will serve you well.

Nicolas’s Answer

As of last year the need for nurses was a staggering 2 million people behind the ideal number for nurses in America. With that said you should be motivated to become one now if it's on your mind. Remember, a nurse needs to withstand a tremendous amount of pressure while on the job. You have to be conscientious of problem solving in order to assist a doctor, and know that your care is essential for the production and maintenance of healthy babies and people. Without a nurse a doctor couldn't do their job, so be sure to be confident in your skill set. When there are unfair discrepancies also remember that you are in a tax bracket that most Americans in the general population are not- so why complain. And believe that you are kind hearted, passionate, driven, and loved!
