Hello, Summer !
You have chosen a most interesting career plan and I hope that I can shed some light on what steps to take.
I know that in the U.S., your Bachelors Degree in International Relations would be fine for admissions to an American Law School. In Egypt, it is specified only as a Pre-Law degree that is needed. You might want to check with prospective Egyptian Law Schools about this. After the Egyptian schools approve your Bachelors Degree for admissions, than you should take the Law School Admission test as it is required in Egypt. Than, after completing and passing the Bar exam in Egypt, you can than be called into the Egyptian bar to practice law.
Working at companies or in the business field without a degree in business is solely up to the employer. My instincts tell me that you probably can get a job in business because much more goes into screening possible candidates than just what the Bachelors Degree is in. I also wouldn't hesitate to call various Law Schools in Egypt just to see if your undergrad degree is acceptable for Law Schools in Egypt.
Whatever you do, don't give up. I would say plan towards becoming a lawyer and for some reason, if there is a road block to that plan, start applying for jobs in the business field. Ultimately, it is up to you to decide what is working for you and what isn't. Keep asking questions, too !
Best wishes to you in whatever comes your way !
