Nicolas’s Answer

Never solve a problem with a co worker without the help of management. Always look for guidance and solutions through management. Now if you're having trouble defining what a problem is, then ask family and friends who love and support you what boundaries are, and if they think anyone's crossed them. Never hesitate to say stop or no first and see the issue go away. If you believe you have a real life issue go to the police, and never forget, disagreements are part of a natural processing cycle.

DaSabria’s Answer

Experiencing disagreements among colleagues is quite common, but remember, effective communication can pave the way for significant success. If you both wish to continue contributing to the organization, it's essential to navigate through your differences and foster a spirit of teamwork. If resolving the issue between yourselves proves challenging, don't hesitate to bring it to your supervisor's attention promptly. Maintain a calm and positive attitude throughout this journey, but also remember to be straightforward, rational, and proactive in seeking a solution.

Ultimately, this experience will serve as a valuable lesson, honing your ability to communicate patiently and effectively, leading to success. Keep this in mind, and you're sure to do well. Best of luck!

Jazhel’s Answer

In any workplace there are going to be challenges. If the problem is annoyance or nuisance, be professional and ask the person to stop. If the person does not stop, you should report it to management. Be honest, give details, and convey your discomfort and what you have done to make the person aware and have asked them to stop.

If the problem is more intense and you are feeling harassed or unsafe, report the issue or problem to management immediately. Again, it's important that you voice your concern and are honest and detailed when you report your coworker’s actions.

I sincerely hope that this advice helps you. We all deserve a workplace that values our talents and makes us feel secure.
