How will I find a good career that fits me, for who I am?
I know that I like to do.so I will try and find something that I’m interested in. To see if that is a good path for me to go down.

Hi Kasey
You have received excellent advice from other mentors. In addition to their recommendations, you may want to consider gaining insight into your natural strengths and building your career options list based on the results. You will most likely find that there are several options to pursue based on the results, but you will also know that they are aligned with what what comes naturally to you. There are several strengths-based assessments available. My favorite is StrengthsFinder. But, do some research and find one that best suits your needs. The resulting report will not only help provide direction for your career planning now, but can serve as a grounding point as your career path continues. Best of luck on your journey.

It's always a tough question to answer.
What I usually says is this:
1. find something that you like to do even under constraints.
2. find something that you are good at
3. do not limit yourself to few jobs, but extend to domain
Then once you find these various domains and potential jobs in that domain, seek for internships, volunteering, camps, ... Get advice from professional if this job exists, if it would fit you.
There is so much out there.

You will find out by participating in community groups and education classes through the city or church. You will know by volunteering in your community and through experiences. Don't forget to gain these experiences in the proper places. If you think that a valuable experience has captivated you, then pursue it. You will be able to tell the differences in your experiences and interests through these opportunities. If you like something in particular, don't forget to look into it before you actually pursue it to create a scheme of understanding the information.
