how can I apply for a pell-grant to work at a company within my specific field I want to go in to nuclear or chemical engineering for a company like dow chemical or dupont chemicals

Pell grants are student loans. You would apply for a Pell grant, the companies you want to work for have no input to you Pell grant application or other goverment student loan programs.
You should decide what major you are interested in, choose a college/university and then apply for the financial aid and student loans you are eligible for.
