Hello, Kennedy !

Some of the best schools in Alabama for Education majors are : University of Alabama at Birmingham, University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, Auburn University in Auburn, Samford University in Birmingham, Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, University of Mobile, and the University of West Alabama in Livingston.

What you will need to do is research these colleges and see which one will fit your needs. Compare the tuitions, Education departments and decide where you want to live while you are in school. Depending on the school ,you may have to take a gym class in college so you should also look through their Physical Education or Gym classes to see if there is softball offered.

I hope that this gives you a bit of information to start out with. In the event that you choose a college that does not offer a credit course in softball, you can always start a softball club and play off campus. You may also be interested in the schools that offer softball scholarships which I will provide in a link below. It will take a lot of reading and comparing the colleges because there are a lot of schools in Alabama.

I wish you all the best in choosing a school and continuing with the sport you love !
