Hi Tyler
Drawing the human figure and all its different body parts is a challenge even for experienced artists. It will take practice and instruction, so I hope you are taking art classes at school and have spoken to your art teacher about your desire to improve your drawing, and ask them if they could help you after school.
On your own you could also do the following.
---Look in your school or local library for books on drawing instruction. There is a series called "Draw 100____________", (fill in the blank with hands, heads, human figures and so on). They are really helpful, as they focus on the overall proportion and structure of the body parts first, then go into the details. Most young artists start drawing the details first, such as the fingernails of the hand or the eyelashes when doing the face, and they forget about the big picture. Once you get the basic structure and proportions right of the big picture, then your drawings will improve.
--Go to Youtube or other platforms and watch tutorials on drawing different body parts. You can always learn something!
--- Drawing well means really SEEING what you are drawing. Spend some time really looking at your hands or other body parts you want to draw better. I suggest you do some "blind contour drawings." You put your pencil on the paper and keep your eyes on what you are drawing and don't look at the paper. This forces you to really LOOK at what you are drawing, not what you think your hand should look like. The drawings are just for practice, as they will be comically out of proportion, but this exercise is a standard in many drawing classes. You can also find this instruction on Youtube.
---Alot of drawing is looking and understanding what you are seeing. A way to understand what you are seeing, especially in body parts, is to look at some books about human anatomy, especially showing the skeleton. You can find books at libraries, and online, just put in "hand skeleton images" or "human body skeleton images."
I hope this will get you started. Best wishes!

Learn from another artist.
I would suggest you look into a local program from a high school, community college, or community center. If you are close to a museum, many museums offer programs for people looking to learn about fine arts.
If that is not a viable option try YouTube. Many artists are online and are sharing their techniques to help fellow artists.
Also, try and go to art/craft shows in local parks. I have met many craftsmen at these events and they are more than willing to share their journey in developing their art. Perhaps they might even have lessons that you may benefit from.
If location is a problem, try to see if your county or state has an art council/consortium. You might be able to find resources to help you.

Hi Tyler! If you are learning on your own and are on a tight budget I have a few suggestions:
1. Check the videos from Proko: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pDgyQjNFVQk&list=PLtG4P3lq8RHFBeVaruf2JjyQmZJH4__Zv
2. Check other artists on social media, there are tons of free tutorials on Youtube, Instagram, and Tiktok.
3. My top suggestion, check the work of Andrew Loomis. He has a books on drawing human anatomy, on drawing the face and hands... Professors always recommend his work. https://www.amazon.com/Books-Andrew-Loomis/s?rh=n%3A283155%2Cp_27%3AAndrew+Loomis
Good luck!

Depending on how you learn best it might help you to sign up for a figure drawing or intro to art course. A lot of times local art museums will host a 1 or 2 day workshop to cover certain skills. Skillshare or Youtube videos are a great way to start and are more accessible so you can learn from wherever you want.
