Where would I start to pursue in criminal justice and law?

I really enjoy watch criminal shows and trying to figure out who did what. I find lawyers really hard working and I would love to hear back on opportunities or opinions.

I honestly believe you would find a rewarding career in cyber security. It's all about thinking like the bad guy while catching them as well. I also find it more akin to fighting something important than what we think actually criminal justice does.

Sabina’s Answer

Fantastic! Your budding interest is the first step. To gain practical experience and decide if a career in criminal justice or law is for you, consider volunteering at relevant organizations. Spend a day shadowing professionals in these fields to understand their day-to-day work. If you're thinking about becoming a lawyer, here's the roadmap: First, earn your bachelor's degree. Next, take the LSAT, which is the entrance exam for law schools. After that, apply to law schools and work towards earning your Juris Doctorate degree (JD). Finally, pass your state's BAR exam to secure your license to practice law.

Amalya recommends the following next steps:

Get more information about the field.
Try to find the advantages and disadvantages of becoming a lawyer.
Decide if you wish to get academic education in that discipline.
If yes, find the best colleges to apply.
Prepare your application as better as possible.
