You might check the foundation of the college that your are going to attend or are attending.

College foundations control endowments and private donations, which support scholarships for students.

These scholarships can be oriented towards certain majors and future occupations.

So, I would look at the college foundation, to see if there are any scholarships, that you qualify for, and can submit an application.

It's good that you have already found your major, academic passion and interest. The next step is to find a right scholarship for you. You can apply for various scholarships, either fully or partially funded. It's important to be attentive with your application documents, including the statement of purpose: It should reflect your achievements, the strong interest in history, and why you are the best candidate to get the scholarship.
Good luck and all the best.

There are many websites that have scholarships and also the college/university you plan on attending will have scholarship opportunities. Most scholarships don’t care what degree you have declared, but rather your financial or situational “need” for the scholarship. If you want to study History, then study History, and apply for all the nonspecific degree scholarships. Best of luck!
