One of my former students wanted to get more experience for her future teaching career, when she was a teenager. She used two options.
*Nanny. She worked this job to get more experience serving the needs of young children.
*Child Care Center. These centers do have an education element. Workers normally have to be certified, so age requirements could very by state.
