School can indeed be challenging at times, and it's common to feel overwhelmed, especially when you miss a day and fall behind. Several factors contribute to the perception that school is hard:

1. **Cumulative Learning**: School subjects often build on previous knowledge. Missing a day can disrupt your understanding of new topics that rely on what was covered in your absence.

2. **Pacing**: Teachers have a set curriculum to cover within a specific timeframe. If you miss a day, catching up can be challenging as the class may have moved on to new material.

3. **Independent Learning**: As you progress in your education, you're expected to take on more responsibility for your learning. This shift towards independent learning can be challenging, and missing classes can make it even more so.

4. **Complexity of Topics**: Some subjects and topics are inherently complex. Understanding them may require additional time and effort, and missing a day can make it feel even more daunting.

5. **Homework and Assignments**: Homework and assignments often reinforce what's taught in class. Missing a day can result in incomplete assignments or difficulties completing them.

To make school feel more manageable:

1. **Stay Organized**: Use a planner or calendar to keep track of assignments, due dates, and important dates for tests and quizzes. This can help you stay on top of your work.

2. **Ask for Help**: Don't hesitate to ask your teachers for clarification on missed material. They are there to support your learning.

3. **Peer Support**: Connect with classmates who can share notes and help you catch up on what you missed. Joining or creating study groups can also be beneficial.

4. **Stay Consistent**: Attend school regularly to maintain a consistent learning experience. Consistency can reduce the feeling of being overwhelmed.

5. **Time Management**: Develop good time management skills to balance schoolwork, extracurricular activities, and personal time.

6. **Study Strategies**: Learn effective study strategies that work for you. This can include techniques like summarizing notes, creating flashcards, or practicing problems.

7. **Take Care of Your Health**: A healthy lifestyle, including proper sleep, nutrition, and exercise, can help improve your ability to focus and learn effectively.

Remember that it's okay to find school challenging at times. Everyone learns differently, and it's important to find strategies that work for you. Don't be too hard on yourself, and seek support from teachers, peers, or parents when needed. Education is a journey, and with determination and resilience, you can overcome challenges and succeed in your studies.

School success hinges on staying organized. Life becomes simpler when you're orderly, allowing you to concentrate on what truly matters.

Start by arranging your belongings. Knowing where everything is will save you time and stress. Sort your assignments and class materials by subject, storing them in binders, notebooks, or folders. Regularly, perhaps weekly, sift through your items. Determine what to keep and what to discard to minimize clutter. A planner is an excellent tool for organization, enabling you to create lists, note important deadlines, and even plan your time.

A conducive work environment is also crucial. A quiet, tidy, and organized space reduces distractions and potential anxiety. It's advisable to put your device away to avoid the temptation of checking emails or texts. Set alarms for breaks, as movement and stretching can refresh your mind and reset your thought process.

Being organized may not seem directly related to academic success, but you'll be amazed by the difference it makes. It provides more time to concentrate on the subject matter. Even if you miss a day, you'll have your previous notes and information to refer back to. And if you miss a class, don't hesitate to ask a classmate for the missed material and their notes.

Thank you for your question. Many students may face similar problem. It is better to do revision everyday to review the material covered in the class and raise the question to the tutor in the next day if you have anything not clear. Firstly, you may better find a time management to help you, e.g. your phone calendar, MS Outlook, etc.
Below are a few suggestions :
1. Put down the time you need to attend class first
2. Assign some time everyday on your assignment and projects, etc. Review the material covered in the class everyday. If you have question or anything not clear, raise it to the tutor in the next school day
3. Prepare the material in next day class
4. You may need to assign extra time for your revision before assessment. You can consider to form study groups with your classmates that can help you to deepen the understanding on the material
5. Make sure you have sufficient time to sleep. Assign some time for your exercise, leisure, friend & family gathering, etc.
Hope this helps! Good Luck!

School is always going to be challenging. The first thing you should do is read the syllabus given for each class from beginning to end. Then calendar all the important dates for each class (ex. paper due, tests, quizzes, etc...). Maybe a different color pen for each class you are in. Try to read ahead of the schedule set by the teacher/professor. This way you have some breathing room if you need to miss a day.
