how do you keep a good work-life balance?
My plan for later life is to live on the second floor of a coffee shop i hope to run, but I'm unsure what a good work-life balance would look like, and it'd be useful to have an example.

Hello William!
I've recently adopted a new perspective on the concept of work-life balance, which I now prefer to call work-life 'integration.' With the advancements in technology today, it's become more feasible than ever to seamlessly blend work and personal life in a way that suits your individual needs.
Here are some strategies that have worked wonders for me:
- Combine your work and personal schedules into a single calendar. This way, you have all your commitments in one convenient location.
- Incorporate tasks and reminders into your calendar and set alerts as required.
- Grant access to your calendar to those who need to be aware of your schedule. This allows them to keep track of your activities and even add reminders or events.
- Organize your reminder or task lists into categories for easy reference.
- Make use of travel time by turning it into a productive period. You can listen to podcasts, playbacks, and even plan your day using voice-to-text features for hands-free convenience.
- Utilize your mobile phone and Bluetooth earbuds to stay connected with work even when you're out and about, like during your child's practice or game.
I trust these suggestions will provide you with a foundation on how to leverage technology to integrate your work and personal life effectively.

Hello William,
You should have a timetable, calendar, and to-do list. In your calendar, you can have a plan that divides into weekdays and weekends, which you can think what you can do on weekdays (mostly work), and what you can have a rest on weekends. For to-do list, you can decide what you can/should do in your life. It can be daily, yet if you can, you may wish to decide what you can do weekly. In your timetable, you should structurise what you did in the past, and present, and will do in both your work time and your life.
I hope it helps.
