Hello Ayana,
You can learn (this) your work career or academic career? I did not get what you mean by (this). I can say from academic career to work career which I will tell you what you can do. In terms of your academic years, you should have a think which course(s) was/were by far your favourite, and which course was that you enjoyed the most, and may wish to learn from it, and how you can use your academic skills for your work career. I do not know where you are at the stage right now (high school or university), but I can tell you how you can do for your best. If you are in high school right now, you can be a volunteer for the future, and you can test and develop yourself which major will fit for you. Do not stick with the one direction and do not stick with only one major; because you will end up in nowhere, and you cannot find your major. After volunteering, have a think about which career you wish you would like to take a course at the university and will work, and pursue your career in ten years. During your academic years at the university, you should search extracurricular experiences on job board, and find your best internship or part-time job. After graduation, you may wish to find your job that suits your major, and you can think how you can see your bright future in your life.
I hope this helps.
